New York City-based Rising Tide Dental Partners has partnered with six new practices and integrated them into its network, including its first addition in Ohio.
The expansion increases the dental partnership organization’s revenue by 15% and its geographic footprint by 22%, according to a July 14 news release from Rising Tide Dental Partners.
The newly integrated practices will gain access to operational infrastructure and a peer network of owner-operators while maintaining clinical autonomy and brand identity.
The organization also appointed Brittany Dellagatta as COO. Ms. Dellagatta has more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry across practice ownership, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership.
With the additions, Rising Tide Dental Partners supports a network of 33 locations across 11 total states, the release said.
