A three-tenant retail paid in Lexington, S.C., that is anchored by a PDS Health practice has been sold for $3.67 million, according to a July 22 report from CityBiz.
The 7,000-square-foot property is leased to Lexington Modern Dentistry, which is supported by PDS Health, My Pharmacy & Optical and The Nail Room.
The tenants operate under long‑term triple-net leases with staggered expirations.
A private investor from New Jersey purchased the retail pad, the report said.
