NACHC’s Incubator For Community Health Excellence supports our work to advance NACHC’s Strategic Framework, to position Community Health Centers (CHC) as Employers, Providers, and Partners of Choice. Each NACHC Center is directly tied to a strategic priority, with missions and visions that will encourage private- public- non-profit- partnerships to support CHCs.
What Are the Centers of Excellence?
These centers include the NACHC Dr. John W. Hatch Center for Science, the NACHC Center for Health Policy, the NACHC Center for Innovation, the NACHC Center for Leadership and Governance, the NACHC Center for Primary Care, the NACHC Center for Oral Health, the NACHC Center for Vital Conditions, and the NACHC Center for Mobile Health. Together, they play a key role in strengthening care delivery, policy, research, and leadership across the health center movement.
