Englewood, Colo.-based Lone Peak Dental Group has acquired four Vital Smiles pediatric dental and orthodontic practices in Alabama.
The acquisition expands Lone Peak’s existing Vital Smiles partnership, which also includes two practices in Georgia. The most recent deal brings the DSO’s total Alabama presence to five locations, according to a Sept. 3 news release.
Lone Peak now supports more than 90 pediatric dental and orthodontic practices across 14 states.
