WEST HARTFORD, Conn.—ReFocus Eye Health, a management services organization that provides operational and administrative support to a leading network of comprehensive ophthalmology, retina and surgery centers, has announced a strategic affiliation with Solinsky EyeCare, an established and well-known ophthalmology practice group in Connecticut. With the addition of Solinsky EyeCare’s 11 locations across the Hartford, Conn., region, as well as its team of 14 ophthalmologists and optometrists, ReFocus now supports more than 250 affiliated physicians across 114 locations spanning nine states in the Northeast.
Founded in 1992, Solinsky EyeCare offers a continuum of eyecare services, including retina disease treatment, laser-assisted cataract surgery, LASIK, glaucoma care, dry eye treatment, eyelid surgery, low vision services, contact lenses and optical services. In making the announcement, ReFocus Eye Health advised that patients at all Solinsky EyeCare locations will continue to be seen by the same physicians and care teams, while being backed by the resources and operational support of the ReFocus network.

In March 2026, ReFocus Eye Health announced a strategic affiliation with a network of premier ophthalmology practices and ambulatory surgery centers across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York that comprise Omni Ophthalmic Management Consultants (OOMC). In June 2025, the company announced a strategic partnership with Atlantic Retina Center, a practice group operating six locations across Maryland and Delaware since 2004.
