Tennessee dental center breaks ground on new facility to triple capacity – Becker’s Dental Review

Revive Dental, a nonprofit community dental center in Chattanooga, Tenn., broke ground on a new facility, according to an Aug. 27 report from Local 3 News.

The expansion will triple the center’s capacity, allowing it to serve up to 15,000 patients each year.

The center will have 12 dental chairs and be staffed by six dentists.

Another dental center in Chattanooga that was operated by the Hamilton County Health & Social Services Division closed in July. Revive Dental will help fill the gap in care caused by the closure.

In addition, the new facility will offer a 12-week registered dental assistant training program.

Revive Dental expects construction on the new center to be completed by May 2027, the report said.

At the Becker’s 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
