Trust AI recently launched its RCM Hub, a fully staffed revenue cycle operation built into its Isaac PracticeOS platform.
The RCM Hub is designed to give solo and independent practices the same insurance infrastructure available to large DSOs, at $299 per month with no additional RCM fee, according to a Sept. 1 news release.
The Isaac PracticeOS platform drafts claims within 60 seconds of a completed procedure, coded with attachments and a clinical narrative written for specific carriers. Billers release claims after a dentist reviews them, and the claims are then followed through correction, resubmission and carrier calls until paid.
The RCM Hub is backed by a $2 million investment and a partnership with the Wehrle Implant Immersion Center, which will provide clinical faculty review on all claims before submission. Wehrle’s call center will also handle carrier calls that cannot be completed electronically.
At the Becker’s 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
